JOB GOAL: To prepare and serve the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness and friendliness.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:* Prepare and cook foods following standardized recipes.* Assist in the preparation of food portions and prepares serving area.* Serve foods throughout each meal period.* Removes used dishes and assists in cleaning of counters, tables and furnishings in dining area.* Assumes responsibilities that come with cash register.* Employ sanitation guidelines in washing dishes and equipment.* Sweep and mop kitchen daily, clean dining tables and chairs.* Regular, punctual attendance is expected.* Shall adhere to the School Board policies and procedures.* Exhibit sanitary standards of personal hygiene and grooming.* Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be assigned by Principal, Food Service Manager or Assistant Manager.
