Consult with teachers, parents and staff to enhance their effectiveness in helping students. The Counselor shall be the liaison between the students, parents, program, staff and resources of the school. Students will be given timely information, advice and assessment to help them reach their highest potential in education and career goals. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic. Requirements / QualificationsValid California Credential authorizing service in School Counseling required / PPS Credential Possession of a Bachelor's Degree required. Must complete Mandated Reporter Training- School Personnel module before first day of employment.
