  • Must be 18 years of age, or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent (GED)
  • Must be able and willing to work at all county owned locations
  • Must provide transportation to and from work locations
  • Must take and pass the State's written and performance competency test for custodians and for maintenance to be administered by the board of education
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must be available to work different schedules that includes early morning, evening and, late night shift hours
  • Must be physically and medically capable to perform any and all manual labor tasks
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • This position will frequently require the employee to crawl, sit, stoop, reach, stand, walk, lift, pull, grasp, talk, hear, see and use repetitive motions.
  • This position may require mowing, weed eating, painting, snow removal, trash removal, pushing dumpsters, etc.
  • This position may require lifting/moving heavy materials.
