DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:After orientation and training, this position assists in providing high-quality care in WNCSource children's centers on an as needed basis.RequirementsEDUCATION/TRAINING:Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential ($16.37/hr), associate's degree in Early Childhood Education/related field ($16.90/hr); baccalaureate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education/related field ($19.01/hr). Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.EXPERIENCE:Experience in child development either through working with own children, working with a group of children or through child development training.
