About the Position This posting is not for a specific position with the Edmonds School District. Your application will be placed into an applicant pool for Substitute Counselors who will be expected to work in person with students. This is not a remote position. All recommendations from the Health Department will be followed. If hired, you will be an on-call employee that will be assigned to various school sites as a substitute for regular employees who are absent. Required Qualifications: Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate with a School Counselor endorsement or the ability to obtain one prior to the position start date. Applicants who hold a School Psychologist or Social Worker endorsement will also be considered.
