Desirable Qualifications Well versed in the implementation of health care services screening procedures, and record keeping;Skilled in interpersonal communication;School-based experience preferred. Performance Responsibilities Planning/Preparation: Plans, prepares and coordinates health care management of all students including new registrants, building transfers, and students with special health needs.Administration/Management: Responsible for determining and documenting that students meet state and local health requirements for physical examinations and immunizations.Assessment/Evaluation: Collects and interprets medical findings concerning students in order to evaluate needs and make recommendations.Intervention: Provides health services that promote, improve and maintain the well being of all students.Collaboration: Communicates medical and health findings to student, parent and school personnel.Staff Development: Provides training to faculty and school staff relative to health issues.Professional Responsibilities/Development: Demonstrates professional growth and development. Job Requirements At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.Bachelor degree preferred.Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
