Gibson County Special School District is currently accepting applications for Substitute Teachers.To be a substitute teacher you will need to complete the substitute training course. The cost to take the course is $49.00. Once you have submitted a completed substitute teacher application, go to our district website at >Menu >Quick Links >Substitute Training Course. Please send the certificate at the end of the training course to Brad Garner at GCSSD.Position Summary: The Substitute Teacher is responsible for educating each student under his or her care based on the work assigned by the teacher or school system for the assigned days.
