CBEST testing information is on line at www.cbest.nesinc.com. *The basic skills requirement is NOT required for a 30-day Substitute Teacher Permit. The basic skills requirement IS required for an Emergency Substitute Permit for Prospective Teachers.) -Completion of the Livescan fingerprinting process for CCTC, total fee $64.00 ($32.00 DOJ / $17.00 FBI / $15.00 processing fee). -Payment of the required fees, currently $102.50 (fees are established by the CCTC).
