- Be available often, with a flexible schedule, willing to accept early morning phone calls and last minute assignments.
- Be able to arrive at 7:45 A.M.
- Dress for success - clean and professional.
- Possess technology-related skills such as computers, SmartBoards, iPads, DVD players, etc.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow teacher's plan and provide assistance to students, along with taking good notes for the teacher.
- Be a self-starter, enthusiastic, attentive, resourceful, have a flexible mindset, and possess excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Willing to work at all locations and substitute for all subjects.
