Job Description Summary
The Success Account Manager will have a background in the short-term rental industry to advise and empower our iTrip franchise owner/operators to grow their businesses. This role will dive into strategic business planning, operational improvements and revenue driving initiatives with our Franchisees, while driving change management and adoption activities with key iTrip decision makers to reduce risk and identify opportunities in their accounts. This position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
* Coaches our Franchises to maximize business value from their investment.
* Collaborates with key stakeholders in strategic business planning that includes appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
* Collaborates and builds strong rapport with Franchisees and effectively becomes a strategy, growth and revenue expert on each franchisee account in the portfolio.
* Achieves subject matter expertise in all things short-term rental industry related. Proactively stays current with directional and newsworthy data and updates regarding the industry and shares information with the iTrip corporate and Franchisees.
* Proactively identifies expansion opportunities in each account to drive value both for Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers within each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on iTrip's behalf.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualification)
* Minimum three years of strong operational experience, preferably in the Short-Term Rental Management industry
* Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience in Revenue Management, coaching, team building and growth management.
* Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
* Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
* Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission.
* Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
Education Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.
