Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors EC Pay module.
Manage end-to-end Canadian payroll processes using SAP Payroll.
Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations.
Develop and maintain integration points between SuccessFactors EC Pay and SAP Payroll.
Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular payroll audits for accuracy and compliance.
Create and maintain payroll process documentation.
Train HR and payroll staff on system functionalities.
Lead payroll-related projects, including system upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors EC Pay configuration and Canadian SAP Payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation.
Proven experience with payroll system integrations.
Proficiency in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors EC Pay.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Certification in SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll (preferred).
