OverviewIf you enjoy a steady work schedule with a wide variety of daily tasks, come join our resort's Property Maintenance team! The job of a Property Maintenance Attendant / Snow Shoveler may vary from day to day. General maintenance, sanding/snow removal, demolition, moving, landscaping, event set up, and hardscaping are the most common tasks for this team. At times, Attendants may be required to operate equipment such as tractors, backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, lulls, and zero-turn lawn mowers. The ideal candidate for this position will be eager to provide outstanding customer service and grounds maintenance services to ensure a high-quality experience for Sugarloaf Guests, Property Owners, and fellow Team Members.This seasonal job has the potential to become a year-round benefited role for the right fit. If you take pride in your work and enjoy working outdoors with a supportive team, please apply today.ResponsibilitiesWork a variety of grounds maintenance tasks and projects as directed daily by supervisor.Operate tractors and other equipment to move dirt, debris, snow, and other materials.Operate tractors, dump truck, and pickup truck for landscaping assistance.Maintain service records for all equipment operated and ensure that service takes place.Take responsibility to ensure that no damage occurs to equipment or properties.Take on role of snow shoveler during and after storms (increased pay rate will apply when assigned to shoveling).Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.QualificationsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must have experience operating trucks and other large machinery.Must be able to provide good references.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license at all times.Applicant must work well with a team and be able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and duties.Should have a good working knowledge of OSHA Standards and DigSafe protocol and must possess a serious attitude toward safety of self and team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
