Overview:

Sugarloaf is looking for reliable and steady individuals to join our team as Custodians at our resort's Sports and Fitness Center location this coming winter season. Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center Custodians are responsible, hardworking individuals with knowledge of cleaning materials that are able to lift heavy objects and work independently. This location offers our guests a fitness center, hot tubs, and a pool as well as a cafe environment. Custodians are responsible for the daily cleaning of the facility as well as pool and hot tub maintenance. We currently have both full time and part time seasonal roles available, both come with great job perks and are eligible for an end of season bonus.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

• daily cleaning of the facility
• performing small maintenance jobs as needed
• taking care of pool and hot tubs as needed
• keeping inventory of cleaning supplies
• notifying the maintenance foreman when materials need to be ordered
• performing other duties as directed such as taking messages, assisting with deliveries before the club opens, and helping with guests as needed

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a reliable hard worker with previous custodial experience that can lift up to 40 lbs as needed to complete tasks. This position requires flexible availability to meet business level demands. Work shifts could include days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
