Job DescriptionSuite Attendants are responsible for taking guest orders and serving food and beverage according to guest requests. Suite Attendants provide a premium guest service experience by addressing and/or resolving any concerns or special requests made by the guests in the suite(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsures suites are stocked with proper food, beverage, and product before and during events based on Aramark standards and suite holders' ordersMaintains appearance and cleanliness of suite and food service areas during eventReplenishes food and beverage product during event upon guests' requestsAdheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' identificationMaintains knowledge of menu items and all other offeringsBreaks down and cleans food service areas and equipment post eventReturns equipment to proper storage areaInventories product at the end of each eventAdheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitationEnsures security of company assetsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.QualificationsRequires previous experience as a server, suite attendant, or other related roleDemonstrates excellent guest service skillsDemonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalWorking knowledge of food safety principles and proceduresMust be able to obtain a food safety certificationMust be able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certificationsMaintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workersAdaptable to guest needsDemonstrate an elevated level of guest service, anticipating guests' needsMust be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and holidaysThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
