Job DescriptionInternship Primary Duties / Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace cultureOrganize and participate in employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programsGather employee feedback and help develop strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and moraleSupport the recruitment process by taking time to understand our business and revamp our interview processesPrepare reports and presentations to share findings with the HR team and leadershipAssist in conducting safety audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirementsHelp maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and compliance mattersSupport the development and implementation of training programs to promote a safe and compliant work environmentRequirementsThe qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program and will be a sophomore, junior or senior in the fall of 2025 with a degree focus in Human Resources or Business.An Equal Opportunity Employer
