Summer 2025 Internship: Regulatory Specialist RA Documentation

Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week)

The Regulatory Specialist RA Documentation will manage complex regulatory documentation requests for internal and external customers, in a timely manner and following our quality standards

The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025, and run through August 14, 2025

Our standard working hours are Monday - Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

* Collate and evaluate requests by Business Unit (BU), ensuring that the proper documentation is sent to internal and external customers, in time and in full compliance;

* Prepare regulatory documentation ensuring that product's compliance and high-quality standards are followed;

* Use in-house data management systems to prepare regulatory documentation;

* Prepare and validate Standard Operational Procedures;

* Provide support to Regulatory Assistants and Technicians RA Documentation;

* Participate on Regulatory Projects as required.

You Bring:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Food Science or Regulatory Affairs/Quality.

* Strong sense of time and work management, with sharp attention to detail.

* Team management skills.

* Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools).

* Takes into account RA Doc team Fundamentals in decision making.

* Collaborates with other functional groups to ensure work alignment.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.
