**Job Description****Primary Duties / Responsibilities:**+ These Projects Could Include Exposure to Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, NPI And/or Lean, Supplier Development, Purchasing, Sourcing, Materials, Logistics, And Supplier Quality+ Supporting manufacturing or product engineering teams with the resolution of top quality and warranty issues, applying advanced statistical analysis, problem solving techniques and quality tools+ Developing and updating process documentation and procedure instructions+ Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects+ Analyzing and evaluating manufacturing methods and standards+ Working closely with Purchasing and Materials to manage quality, cost, delivery, and logistics+ Forecasting cost, volume, compatibility, and quality of future packing methods+ Optimizing utilization of assets used in material movement globally throughout the company+ Intern Programming - weekly functional and centralized learning sessions to broaden your knowledge base, both within and beyond your program**Requirements**The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program and will be a sophomore, junior or senior in the fall of 2025.
