**Internship Experience**
You can expect to have deeply meaningful project work where you can make your mark on the future of Copeland. You will learn and be stretched in not just work results, but in executive exposure and coaching, leadership communication, business insight and organizational influence.
Located in western Ohio, we live in the corridor of innovation with fellow pioneers like the Wright brothers and flight, the pop top for soda cans, backpack parachutes, the bar code and the original cash registers. With day-trip access to multiple major population centers, you can pursue your passions in and out of the workplace.
Previous internship projects include:
+ Creating automated business intelligence dashboards that frame decisions that span years and impact $100's of millions in growth.
+ Crafting product strategies that leverage market opportunities and optimize the offering for profitability.
+ Streamlining the product development governance process and combine multiple lines of business into one cohesive and efficient structure.
+ Architecting financial analysis tools to give insight into pricing and profitability actions to drive business success.
+ Outlining the multi-year paths forward with product portfolios to adapt to regulatory changes while improving customer satisfaction and operational profitability.
+ Research and analyze the residential housing stock and present strategies to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption
+ Analyze, and recommend residential energy reduction strategies to achieve energy savings certifications and demonstrate home energy efficiency.
**Our Location**
The newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leading-edge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for multiple North American businesses. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney, who all support a multitude of business functions. With the blend of businesses and functions represented under this one roof, there are many opportunities for advancement within the Sidney location!
**Basic Requirements:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of work experience and currently enrolled in an MBA program
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States

With $5B of global revenue, Copeland is a leading provider of compression products, electronics, software, and solutions across many applications within Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR), where macro and regulatory trends towards environmental sustainability, leads to changes in HVACR technology. Other products include other heating applications, food service and retail, transportation, and healthcare/life sciences. This new business also has a solution portfolio that manages, monitors, and controls refrigeration units in the commercial setting, as well as software solutions that measure and monitor temperature conditions of refrigerated goods in transit, where there is a greater emphasis on energy management/sustainability solutions globally.
