This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You'll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.
What It's Like
The team consists of highly talented members who are very motivated to develop cloud-native services for non-core products supporting order management. The intern will be part of the delivery team and will develop services to support business products.
What You'll Do
* The Emerging Tech DevOps team is building a cloud-native digital platform to enable solutions/offerings for T-Mobile Business Customers.
* The intern will be part of TBG Partner Product Order Management which is responsible for the below
* Core Order flow (wireless)
* Non-core Products (5G Connectivity, smart devices, subscription)
* CVP (Connect Vehicle Platform)
* Integration with upstream/downstream applications
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting Projects: assist in ongoing projects, collaborating with teams to gather data, conduct research, and analyze information.
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to help improve business processes, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
* Team Collaboration: work alongside professionals in your field, contributing to meetings, brainstorming sessions, and discussions on project development.
* Customer Experience Improvement: assist in improving customer service processes, analyzing feedback, or contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
* Learning and Development: expected to engage in training opportunities, attend workshops, or participate in networking events to develop their skills and understanding of the business.

Minimum Qualifications
* At least 18 years of age
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
* Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
