We work hard and play hard all to the glory of God.Position Summary:The mission of the Site Coordinator is to recruit, train, equip, and provide leadership and program supervision for the Summer Camps program.Key Result Areas:Manage Program:Ensure program quality is maintained across all sites and MA standards for program elements are adhered to.**Recruit, Lead, and Manage Staff: **Ensure all site(s) staff positions are filled and individual goals for recruiting staff is met.** _Safety & Compliance: _** Ensure all safety measures are implemented and followed at the assigned site.**Partnerships and Community Engagement: **Build working relationships with school leadership or other appropriate community partners to ensure the success of the program at the assigned site.Qualifications:Bachelor's or experience equivalencyAbility to work with othersExcellent communication skillsAt least 6 months experience working in a licensed camp settingBenefits:The benefits package at Mentoring Alliance is top-notch.
