Position Summary: The mission of the Site Coordinator is to recruit, train, equip, and provide leadership and program supervision for the Summer Camps program. Key Result Areas: Manage Program: Ensure program quality is maintained across all sites and MA standards for program elements are adhered to. Recruit, Lead, and Manage Staff: Ensure all site(s) staff positions are filled and individual goals for recruiting staff are met. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety measures are implemented and followed at the assigned site. Partnerships and Community Engagement: Build working relationships with school leadership or other appropriate community partners to ensure the success of the program at the assigned site. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or experience equivalency Ability to work with others Excellent communication skills At least 6 months experience working in a licensed camp setting Benefits: The benefits package at Mentoring Alliance is top-notch. After 5 years of service, MA gives full-time employees 30 consecutive days off along with a stipend to reflect, get some development, and be spiritually rejuvenated to continue in ministry.
