Ability to operate front deck mowers3. Ability to operate weed eaters, chain saws and leaf blowers4. Ability to make repairs to chain link fences5. Ability to change tires and belts on mowers6. Ability to use herbicides properly7. Ability to repair and install playground equipment8.
