JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Keep job worksite neat and clean, along with company vehicles and equipment organized and clean. -Maintain a positive, professional, and drug free attitude. -Painting student housing rentals using the tools and training we provide. JOB REQUIREMENTS: -BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING -Must be highly motivated. -Positive attitude a must. -Strong work ethic. -Must be able to work efficiently with a team or by themselves. -Must be able to pass a drug test. -Desire to learn. -Must be able to reliably commute to and from work. -Must be willing and able to work on a ladder. -Passion for artisanship. -Must be methodical, organized, neat, and clean. BENEFITS INCLUDE: -Competitive hourly pay ($15 per hour to start), with bonus available. -Student housing bonuses based on performance, attitude, and attendance. -opportunity for full time job if desired.
