Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 10-15 years of experience running projects, ideally with a background in academic/institutional work. The role involves overseeing projects up to $25M (larger projects are also fine), with experience in fast-track or phased construction, and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC controls

Superintendent - Academic - $160k - Hanover, NH - Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with project teams of all sizes to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to help them grow in their careers.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders, both in written and spoken formats.
• Forecast and plan project schedules, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines

Profile

Superintendent - Academic - $160k - Hanover, NH - Will have

• 10-15 years of experience running and overseeing projects independently, managing all aspects of project delivery.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $25M in size (larger projects are a plus).

Job Offer
