Description

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of a variety of projects, including base buildings, tenant fit-outs, and building renovations. They collaborate closely with the Project Management team from the project's inception to its completion. Key responsibilities include supervising labor and subcontractors, coordinating activities, scheduling, purchasing, ensuring safety, maintaining quality control, and managing client relations.

Profile

Qualifications for Successful Candidates:

  • Education: A high school diploma is required. A four-year degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Experience: Ideally, candidates will have three to five years of experience in the commercial construction field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative and flexible personality with excellent teamwork capabilities.
  • Client Focus: Strong ability to prioritize client satisfaction, maintaining and developing client relationships.
