Job DescriptionSuperintendent - Civil Construction - South Shore MA - Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the General Superintendent, overseeing multiple civil projects.
- Manage ground-up construction efforts, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Utilize Procore, B2W, and Vista software for project management and documentation.
- Foster communication with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

The Successful ApplicantSuperintendent - Civil Construction - South Shore MA - Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a Superintendent role or similar, with a strong ability to hit the ground running.
- Background in civil, utility, or water/wastewater projects preferred; experience with ground-up projects is essential.
- Experience with public projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in Procore, B2W, and Vista software.
- Ability to commute across the South Shore, from Boston to Cape Cod.
