Roncelli continued its success in the 1990's and grew by providing construction and facility management solutions to Fortune 100 corporations throughout the United States.Required Skills and KnowledgeResponsibilities•Oversee all aspects of the construction project on-site.•Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction workers.•Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.•Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.•Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.•Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.•Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and photographs.•Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a construction related field or equivalent combinations of training and experience.
- Experience: Eight (8) years of commercial construction estimating, engineering or similar experience required.
- Ability to travel throughout the United States is required.
- CPR, 1st AID, OSHA 30, Certified Storm Water Operator preferred; Preemployment and annual Drug Tested.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
The LocationRoncelli is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, however the jobsite, onsite location, will be in southeast Michigan area.
