As they continue to expand our presence in the Washington DC Metro Area, they are seeking a dedicated Superintendent with experience in overseeing commercial interiors projects, particularly within the corporate office sector.
Job Description- Lead the on-site construction team and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and any changes or deviations from plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors construction.
- Experience specifically in corporate office interiors is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
