Summary
Due to new commercial construction work incoming to the Greater San Antonio Texas market, we are seeking an experienced commercial Superintendent to join the team. He/she will lead and run a $5M jobsite about 60 miles from the downtown San Antonio area that is expected to start in early December 2024. The Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors' work. Along with a strong commitment to on-site safety, this position shares responsibility with the Project Manager for developing the project budget, actively participating in the preconstruction phase, and ensuring that the project is built on time. This position will help manage and mentor assistant superintendents and other field personnel.
