Description

The Superintendent - Corporate and Mixed-use Interior - Ashburn, VA will be responsible for:

• Managing all field activities for large-scale commercial construction projects up to $25 million
• Overseeing and managing subcontractors
• Performing and coordinating all duties in collaboration with Project Manager
• Conducting all project start-up and close-out activities
• Understanding and maintaining all project contract documents
• Providing oversight and mentorship for development of other Superintendents
• Coordinating the implementation of the final project budget with the Project Manager
• Leading Subcontractor pre-construction meeting(s)
• Prepare daily reports, look ahead schedule, incident reports, safety inspection reports, material delivery tickets, investigation reports, etc.
• Identifying and resolving any job-site related issues
• Ensuring that all safety procedures are enforced

Profile

The Superintendent - Corporate and Mixed-use Interior - Ashburn, VA will have:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• +/- 5-8 years of industry experience
• Must have experience overseeing large-scale, complex commercial construction projects under $25 million
• Successful track record of leading a job-site team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CMiC and Bluebeam preferred
• OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR certifications
