Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and oversee dorm renovations and mechanical upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Foster professional communication with owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Mentor and collaborate with younger team members to support team growth.

Profile

  • Experience: 10-15 years of superintendent experience managing independent projects.
  • Project Types:
    • Primary: Academic/Institutional.
    • Secondary: Commercial.
    • Tertiary: Interior Renovations.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Fast-track/phased construction.
    • MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection).
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera P6 (AutoCAD/REVIT is a plus).
  • Personality: Collaborative, organized, and professional communicator.
