Description

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects

Profile

A successful 'Superintendent' should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - not required
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
