Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion
- Oversee all construction phases, from site preparation to project handover
- Lead and coordinate field teams to ensure efficient execution
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Enforce strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize project delays
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance
Profile
The Superintendent will have:
- 5+ years as a Super in custom home renovations and ground up
- Experience from a reputable builder
- Understanding of how to actually build
- Background in High End Residential projects / Custom homes $5M+
- Experience with Procore or other related construction softwares
- Bachelors Degree in construction management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
