We are a well established Custom Home Builder seeking a Project Manager and/or a Field Superintendent to join our team. Self motivated professional who works well with subcontractors, architects, designers, inspectors and clients. Required knowledge in estimating, scheduling and expediting the construction process for quality built luxury homes and renovations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: On site Supervision of multiple projects Schedule & Coordinate all trades Ensure compliance with contract documents and work scope Maintain Daily project reports Ensure job site meet all safety standards at all times Ensure job sites are secure Maintain quality control and perform daily inspections of trade's work Coordinate inspections with local authorities Interact with homeowners and designers Salary - Commensurate with Experience Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Bonus/Commission: No
