Top Job Located in Sparks, NV Salary: 36-41Superintendent - Residential Construction (Concrete Preferred)We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience in residential construction, ideally with a focus on concrete. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable with computers and software, and able to efficiently manage teams and projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch labor and materials to install high-quality concrete foundations.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal teams, including CVC foremen, crew members, and managers, as well as external contacts such as builder superintendents and outside vendors.
- Ensure the financial performance of assigned jobs, managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Oversee and enforce safety regulations to ensure that all construction activities are performed safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years'' experience in residential construction (concrete experience preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient with computers and construction management software.
Details:
- Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
