Position Overview:
As a Superintendent, you will oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, safety, and quality control.
- Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is performed according to specifications and project timelines.
- Review project plans and ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily logs and reports of work progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Lead project meetings and provide status updates to internal teams and clients.
