Construction Superintendent - InteriorsJob Title: Construction Superintendent - InteriorsJob Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior renovations construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, etc.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, particularly with commercial interiors (restaurants, retail, Class A offices)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
