Title: Superintendent

The Multifamily Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects safely, profitable, and timely.Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Manage projects start to finish

• Daily oversight of current projects

• Coordinate work with architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers

• Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes

• Reviews and executes all change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustments

Superintendent Job Requirements

• Updated Resume and if possible Project List
• 5 years minimun as a mulitifamily Superintendent
• Ground up experience and managing construction projects
• Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures are essential
• Abide by saftey rules and practices
