Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to oversee Affordable Housing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building communities. A DOB license is preferred but not mandatory.

Description

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor safety compliance and implement best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in Affordable Housing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • DOB license preferred but not required.
