Summary:
- Commercial General Contractor Based in Austin, TX
- Superintendent Role
- Projects between $1 million - $50 million
- $90K-$120K base salary DOE, plus bonuses
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (Medical, Education, Industrial, Office, or Retail).
- Strong knowledge of project management or field operations.
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Superintendents: Hands-on experience with site management and construction techniques.
