Description

Superintendent - Life Sciences - Marlborough, MA - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee project safety, quality control, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Coordinate and manage rigging operations, including lifting large, delicate, or high-tech equipment into small or restricted spaces.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.

Profile

Superintendent - Life Sciences - Marlborough, MA - Will have

• 10+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on life sciences, lab, or biopharma projects.
• Proven leadership ability, with experience independently managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong rigging experience, including the lifting and installation of expensive and complex equipment.
• Solid understanding of construction management principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on client and team collaboration.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Job Offer

• Salary: $110K - $150K (flexible based on experience)
• Vehicle Allowance: $760/month
