Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily - Charlotte responsibiliites will include:

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations for large-scale multifamily projects in Charlotte.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule and up to quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
• Maintain clear communication with the project team and respond to RFIs promptly.
• Assist with coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep projects moving forward efficiently.

Profile

The successful Superintendent - Multifamily - Charlotte experience will include:

• 4-5+ years of experience in multifamily construction, company tenure
• Experience with subcontractor management and schedule coordination.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day construction operations and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Commitment to safety and quality on all job sites.
