Job Description
Provide overall leadership for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction operations. This includes direct supervision of assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel. Offer technical/hands-on assistance to all members of the project team. Direct the planning, coordination, and execution of work on time, within budget, while attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe workplace, and promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image. Understand all trade contractors' means and methods in accordance with project needs. Coordinate daily construction activities within existing operating facilities and understand local labor requirements, availability, and capability for self-perform work.
Responsibilities

All work will be local on commercial projects, including projects slated for 2025 such as Starbucks and Walnut Tower, which features 336 multi-family units with commercial and retail space throughout the building.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
