This role involves leading a team of professionals, coordinating construction projects, and optimizing processes to enhance the efficiency of waste management systems.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the wastewater treatment plant and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage construction projects related to wastewater management and treatment facilities.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed and operational efficiency is maintained.
- Collaborate with municipal departments to enhance water quality and treatment processes.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of wastewater systems and initiate improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wastewater treatment or related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and environmental regulations.
- Experience in construction management and project oversight.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in advanced concrete techniques and municipal water management.
