The client is looking for you to become an expert in the Fort Wayne, Indiana market.NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIREDThey are currently seeking to add an experienced military leader to the team, who will work within the established culture and guidelines of the company. You will be managing 5-7 projects and their pricing, schedules, and overseeing the subcontractor crews. Most of your work will be completed in the Fort Wayne, IN area between 8am-5pm however, there will be occasional evening phone calls when required by the customers. You will be using the same teams of subcontractors, so you don't have to start from scratch with each project.Skills that will make a candidate successful:Those who possess military core values, and experience in managing projects.
