Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000
What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
* Manage accounting coordinators and staff accountants and oversee the daily operations of their respective areas within the accounting department.
* Ensure the team's adherence to all proper accounting methods and policies.
* Provide training and oversight for those under your supervision.
* Work with management to maintain an accounting and financial reporting system that fulfills executive management's expectations and information needs for the organization.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
