What You'll Do

Account Management:

* 25% - Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Affiliate campaigns across platforms and internal / external systems. Identify and capitalize on affiliate marketing trends and messaging key trends and insights to internal account teams and external client contacts.

* 25% - Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall affiliate performance efficiency.

* 5% - Prospect and develop relationships with key affiliates to identify innovative strategic solutions to our clients' marketing challenges

Program Measurement:

* 15% - Actively test and analyze strategies to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.

* 5% - Use successful acquisition / incentive strategies and effective affiliate P/L management to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics [CPA]

Communication:

* 20% - Maintain open, communicative relationships with the teams to ensure all work is holistically aligned and all expectations are managed. This includes: Business Solutions Teams, Digital Activation teams, Analytics, the clients team directly, affiliate partnerships and technology providers.

* 5% - Provide consistent and effective support to team leadership on forecasting and new business opportunities

Preferred Skills & Experience

* 3+ years' experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns. [CPA, CPL]

* Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliates programs and to expand upon that success and organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics

* Experience in leveraging site analytics for analysis / insights

* Advanced MS Excel fluency required

Physical Activity and Work Environment

No physical activity required. Some travel may be required for trade shows, publisher/client visits, etc.

Salary Range

$85,000.00 - $105,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
