You ensure safety and compliance with a keen attention to detail, seamlessly adapting to various roles-from supervising staff to coordinating with external partners. Your communication skills keep everyone aligned, and you consistently maintain high standards of safety, security, and operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.What you will do:
  • Supervise and coordinate personnel activities, assigning duties based on individual skills and experience while ensuring smooth collaboration across units to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage and review workload, schedules, and work assignments, ensuring projects are planned efficiently and completed in compliance with state, federal, and airport regulations.
  • Oversee snow removal operations, coordinating with airport leadership to ensure safe conditions and implementing new methods for efficiency.
  • Plan and participate in major maintenance projects, coordinate with vendors, and ensure work meets the latest standards and regulations.
WHAT YOU OFFER
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-7 years' maintenance experience, including supervising and managing maintenance personnel and projects of varying sizes.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a Massachusetts Firearm I.D., MA Commercial Driver's License Class B, and a Class 2B Hoisting License within one year.
  • Knowledge of FAA standards for airport maintenance, as well as working knowledge of carpentry, masonry, sign making, and landscaping.
