Position Summary The Supervisor, Behavioral Health will oversee the clinical operations of our behavioral health programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with our mission and comply with all regulatory standards. This role involves providing clinical supervision to staff, facilitating program development, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Clinical Supervision: Provide regular supervision to behavioral health staff, including therapists and counselors. Oversee case consultations and ensure adherence to best practice standards. Program Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health programs and services. Ensure programs meet all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Client Care: Oversee the development of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) that address clients' unique needs. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Staff Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities. Mentor staff to enhance clinical skills and professional growth. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in audits and implement corrective action plans as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care. Engage with families and community resources to support client recovery. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Licensure: Current and valid licensure as a LISW-S , LPCC-S , or LIMFT-S in the state of [Insert State]. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices.
