- Assist Manager with staff schedule, ordering, receiving, drink menu ideation.
- Assists with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
- Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting associate-counseling sessions.
- Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.
- Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.
- Analyze and resolve problems, seeking assistance if needed from management.
- Ensure venue is adequately stocked with all product and supplies needed for service.
- Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
- Assist bartending associates in serving guests as business levels demand.
- Ensure personnel meet appearance standards and follow all uniform guidelines.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 1 year successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues preferred.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required.
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds.
- Ability to engage in constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to walk throughout the entire facility, for the entire length of shift.
- Possible exposure to high volume of noise during busy times.
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
